This hotel is much easier on the wallet than the Casino. You'll get some great, modest service, bed and board, and even a little bit of a French crepe bar. It's a really modest hotel, so don't expect the flashy glossiness of the Casino.

An old antique shop that is nicely tucked away into a corner, it's a great serendipity. An old woman who seems just a tad bit on the loony side will greet you with her somewhat oldish accent and will strike you a great deal. You won't blow a hole through your wallet and you might just find something of a treasure.

Once the private gardens of Kensington Palace, it is now one of the Royal Parks of London. There are various fountains and imaginative sculptures. A very calming, soothing place to be around.

An expensive French restaurant that posh, posh people tend to take their lunches and dinners at. It'll blow a hole through your wallet. Expect to be paying over 75 pounds for a good meal. The wine list will make your jaw drop with the fanciful varieties, the item names on the menu almost unpronounceable (unless you're French). You're getting authentic French here. |
