This would promote some commerce and good fortune between citizens that may or may not meet without the aid of the eMelody company. This isn't necessarily a date. You may be asked to do something with your partner, such as run an errand or provide patronage for a local business. ButweallknowAsulikesitwhenthingsturnintodates. So. Take up this offer. Your event threads will probably be in the Liquid, though it's possible for it to be in the Linear.
