I'll try my hand at doing in-universe drabbles for as many characters as I can. I don't know everyone's muses so I'll probably butcher them but I'll try my best. u wu

Lovino wasn't sure when he learned how to use a unicyle, but considering the most recent budget cuts to his department, he was extremely glad he did. With only one wheel allotted per officer, he made the most of the developments quite well. And in his opinion, he looked damn good doing it.
His balance was impeccable. His speed, unmatchable. He was a force of fucking nature, riding faster than the wind on the gustiest of days! He pitied any fool that dare attempt to escape the iron clutches of his handcuffs. The ladies swooned as he rode by, collapsing under each other as he flashed a sly grin and a wink. Initially he thought that this day would suck, but so far it has been pretty damn great. The unicycle was a surprisingly useful chick magnet.
"Officer Vargas, are you there?" The radio at his waist crackled to life. Lovino automatically unbuckled it and held the mouthpiece to his lips.
"Vargas here, what's the problem?" Even speaking into his radio, his skills with his unicycle seemed to be granted unto him by the very gods. He swerved in and out of people with more agility than should be possessed by mere mortals. God DAMN, he was amazing.
"There's a vicious criminal on the loose in your area! White, male, long-haired. He apparently cuts his victims with razor-sharp weapons before disappearing into the crowd."
He explained that so far there had be no casualties, but it was only a matter of time before the villain struck again-- and perhaps only a matter of time also before someone was killed.
He sped on, pedaling faster than the speed of sound as he scanned the area for the one who might dare cause trouble in this town. Onward he rode, faster and faster, until his face collided with something cotton-soft and fluffy!
Lovino sped out of control, his arms flailing as he realized his greatest fear: the one he was chasing was a feline.
A motherfucking cat.
Oh dear God.
The cat screeched. It clawed. It basically humped the motherloving hell out of his face, all while Lovino screamed Italian obscenities until finally the animal jumped away, leaving Lovino alone when he crashed into a rail and flipped.
You fucking cat.

This is not what you wanted asu I am so sorry. I will do another one just for you and it'll be fluffy sibling love My Sunlight Every morning Lili awoke. She did her chores. She ate, she cleaned, she headed outside. And from there, she’d tend the garden in which many of her products grew. Each plant, every flower – they all had a place and role in what one might be tempted to call a second Eden. She paused to admire her handiwork as it grinned back at her from the dirtied pot it sat in: a lily, pristine and white. It looked cheerfully into her face, standing tall and proud as if it knew its beauty and intended to flaunt it was much as she could. She smiled at it, brushed her fingers lightly against the immaculate velvet of a long, ribbon-like petal, but pulled back suddenly as a familiar sound echoed across the household and reached her sensitive ears. Lili was gone immediately to greet her soldier home. It was her greatest fear. Every time her brother would come home, some part of his body oozing red, her heart would jump. She’d grab at him, beg him to let her see, but he never would. Silently, he’d leave her to go treat his new wound, possibly incognizant of the expression plain on his sister’s face. He had shot her, stabbed her in the heart. She was in pain. Vash turned his back to her. He… he didn’t want her help. That was all she ever wanted. He was precious to her. He was her treasure. He was to her what she was to him; sunlight, happiness, purpose. The reason she woke up in the morning and the reason she slept on time. The reason she held her eyes high and smiled as much as she could. He was the reason she could still laugh. “Bruder, I—“ A wordless hand waved her silent. If she had help to give, he would gladly take it. There was a very fine line between what she could do and what she could do that he made every effort possible to define. In this case, there was so much pressure weighing down on his shoulders he could almost feel his legs buckle beneath him. She was intelligent and would surely find out one day if his job continued as it did. Coming home to his sister, banged up, mangled, and bloodied was not common practice for banking. If not for Lili’s unwavering trust in Vash’s words, she would have found out much sooner. He hated lying to her. He couldn’t stand to see her face as it was, and when he disappeared behind the door of the washroom he clutched at his chest, both from the ache in his heart and the ache of his wounded torso. Luckily, the wound wasn’t too deep. No guns, just knives. He could patch this up himself, perhaps, and get himself checked later. “ Tut mir Leid,” he whispered. “Es tut mir Leid." She wouldn’t hear him breathe these apologies. He hissed and peeled away the crimson-stained fabric of his shirt. The wound looked worse than he thought. -- Lili didn’t sleep that night. Her brother sat isolated in the washroom. She heard groans, agony, seething, self-censored expletives out of fear she may hear him. She waited for him to emerge, desperate to hug him, or comfort him, or see him smile at her again. Gott, she wanted him to smile. But he never did, and when Lili woke up the next morning she found that she’d been moved to her own bed, and that Vash was gone once more. A note in the kitchen read as such, “Lili, There was an emergency at the bank.”His clever cover job, useful once more. “I had to leave early, I’m sorry I couldn’t greet you. I’m not sure how long I’ll be. I might have to leave town for business.
I love you, Vash”Vash knew this was a lie; his hand shook while writing it. Lili noticed the faltering in Vash’s usually exquisite handwriting. Her brow furrowed, her eyes narrowed, and she looked out to the front yard where the sun’s rays were finally blooming in full-force over the grass and pavement. She resolved silently to prepare for his return that night, or the night following, under the assumption the same coldness would pervade the household and their relationship. But that night when he did, he swore it was all fixed up. For once, there was no injury in his step. His smile returned, and the house was filled with so much brighter a light than could be conjured by any device they owned. The ache faded. All was well. This pattern of days continued. He would laugh, he would hide. Lili would grow more suspicious, but dare not risk her brother’s trust by confronting him and being wrong. He would walk off the blood and say it was nothing – a rowdy client, a robbery he stopped himself. She forced herself to believe him, out of faith. Out of love. And then one day he didn’t come home. In the absence of her sunlight, every flower died.
The lily held on. It waited.
It succumbed.

Growing up I pretty much had the best role models anyone could ever have. I didn’t have any brothers or sisters but that’s still pretty cool! I mean, I get both of my parents to myself! Or, well. Used to. But that happens to a lot of kids. Their parents just split up. It happens, right?
But you know what? I’m a Kirkland. And if being a Kirkland’s taught me anything it’s that we’re a big bunch of badasses that are better than everyone else! Except uh, don’t tell anyone I swore! Arthur gets mad when I do that! But the Kirklands… they’re pretty neat. Well of course they are, I’m part of the family. We’re all lucky to have each other, I wouldn’t want any other bunch of old farts to keep me company when I was alone.
They’re all super amazing people. It’s a bunch of people I want to be like. I want to be like them all—no, I want to be better! I want to grow up, and be better, so when I talk to them they can say, “Wow, I’m so proud of you Peter.”
And—and stuff like that!
Iain
I mean really, Iain? Gosh, Iain’s smart. Like, really smart. I could say a lot about Iain actually. I don’t understand a lot of what he’s trying to say, though. He throws out a lot of weird words I guess because he’s Scottish? They talk funny, but that’s okay! His accent’s cool! I like Iain, you know? And I think actually coming to live in London, where all of us are together, it’s given me a better understanding of the rest of my family. We’re kind of disconnected, but now we’re all together in the same city. What’s even better is that they all don’t mind having me around! I remember as a little kid that none of them wanted me around. So Iain, he’s what? Twenty years older? And he hangs out with me! And he laughs! He actually enjoys it! How neat is that, honestly?!
I don’t really know what to say about that. When I said he was smart, he is smart. I could ask him any question and he’d know. I can call him up, randomly, and ask him for help with homework that Arthur won’t give. He always has an answer and he’s always right. Well, almost. He sucks at English but that’s about the only thing Arthur ever hops on if I ask him. I try not to bug him often… but he doesn’t seem to mind if it’s important. He hates it when I just text him random stuff but if it’s a question he sounds like he’s glad he can help? I’m not gonna cry. It’s not manly. He’d tell me so.
Donald
If Iain’s the smart one, then Donald’s the fun one. Donny, Donny, Donny… everything’s a game when you’re around! You know how to turn just about anything boring into something hilarious. You find the humor in everything and even if it was the worst thing ever and everyone was silent you’d say something and it’d just cheer everyone up. Or at least you’d cheer me up, but I’m the important one here so that’s fine. I don’t remember seeing Donny very much until very recently, but that might be because I only just got to London? I figured he would have showed up around reunions but he was never there. So I was pretty surprised when I met him! Another cousin! I wasn’t surprised, there’s a lot of us roaming around. But we got along almost right away. Where was he hiding all my life?
It would have been really nice to have him around. I think we could have been buddies when I was younger… that would have been great. But I won’t complain. It’s in the past, right? All that matter is now, that he’s here, and that he’s one of my favorite cousins. I want to be like him too. Funny, witty— seriously, this guy always has a comeback immediately after you talk. It’s like he reads the entire conversation ahead of time and pre-plans all of it. It’d be kind of creeper if I wasn’t too busy rolling around on the ground laughing.
Aoife
You know what’s weird about Aoife? She’s actually really freaking nice and I always get told she isn’t. Sure, she glares a lot and she’s grumpy but it’s only ever at her brothers, and I’m not her brother. So that means I’m always safe! From glaring. You know, not from everything else but I’m sure if she had to she’d protect me. I’d try to protect her too – all of them, actually. If I could. I’m not sure what I could do but anyone can save they day if they really needed to. You hear stories like that all the time.
She said she likes me though, and she doesn’t get angry when I’m around. I like her! Guys, maybe if you stopped annoying her she’d be nicer to you! … woah, that was oddly familiar.
Cerys
I don’t even really know all that much about Cerys either, but she’s a singer? That’s really cool, too! I think I’m a pretty good singer myself but if I needed the help I bet I could ask her for some free lessons! I hear the others always describing Cerys as the mama bear, so it’s basically like she’ll hug me and squeeze the life out of me. Out of love. Arthur told me he likes Cerys the most out of them because she’s normal. I’m not surprised she’s the most normal of them I think – though sometimes normal is the same as BORING.
You know, I wanna know Cerys better. She’s nice and she’s never actually done anything wrong, but I just don’t know her as well as everyone else. She’s not the one that’s usually around, or the one that picks up the phone if I call or send a text. But singers are usually busy so maybe she has a good reason.
Steven
Oh oh, Steven’s getting a spot on this list too, okay? So if you don’t like it you can just shut up! Steven fits in the same place Donny does as that funny guy that’s fun to hang around because he gets so crazy. And he can get me in behind the scenes to pet some of the animals. A couple of weeks ago they got a baby elephant and he said I’d be the first person to see it, which is pretty much the best thing EVER. It’d be a little cooler if it was a shark or something but you can’t really pet sharks. Especially baby sharks. They’ll eat my fingers, I bet.
He’s one of those guys that has really neat things going for him. Did you know he has a his own show? No, seriously! A kid’s show about animals! He’s really popular and everyone knows his name.
Arthur
… Arthur.
I felt a better connection to Arthur than I did to anyone else. I… I think it was kind of stupid why I did though. As a kid, I looked like him. It was like I had a brother. I was so close to having a brother and he was right there, running from me along with everyone else in the family. I hated it. I almost hated my parents because I wanted a lot of brothers too. I was jealous, but I loved him. I loved all of them. I wanted so much to be a part of them. I still want to. I’m not their brother, but I’m still a Kirkland, right?
Arthur’s amazing. He’s grumpy, sure! But he can also be super nice. The times we do get along are great. He’s like the brother I always wanted but could never have. He doesn’t deal with me in the same way that Iain or Donny do, but he still treats me like family. And when I’m especially good he buys me things! He lets me live in his house. He takes me out to dinner. He laughs and talks to me and we hang out. And even when he’s busy, he always finds time. I don’t like making him mad… but I always do it anyway. Sometimes by accident.
And I always get afraid someday Arthur will send me away, and then I’ll lose my family.
I love them all. They’re all here…

Although he probably wouldn’t like to admit it, Vash could very clearly remember the day Lili joined the family. That was probably because in addition to his young age he was crammed into a car that day and also the day that followed. There was a lot of paperwork involved – a lot] of paperwork, and a few hours hanging around the hospital. Although his mind tried to block out the painful memory of pure and utter dullness, the sheer amount of time spent waiting in the hospital was almost impossible to block out completely.
So that is how Lili’s first impression on Vash went: she began life as nothing but trouble.
He did not like her one bit. This… this thing, this loud, squirming, squealing thing, had invaded his home, and stolen his parents and all of his attention away from him. How dare she! Even when she slept peacefully, Vash could only glance down at her infant figure, the rage of a five-year-old boiling deep within him.
Though jealous, Vash could never bring himself to exact any form of revenge.
“You were louder when you were her age, don’t be silly.” His mother berated every time he complained about her. “She’ll grow out of it, give her a couple of years.” A couple of years was already a massive chunk of his life! To a young child such as Vash, the demand could only exist as an uncomfortably long span of time that took much too long to pass. A simple period of five minutes could make the boy fidget with impatience; how was he going to survive two years of listening to Lili scream? He learned patience quickly.
In a matter of months Lili was quieter and more active, exploring the use of her own features with great enthusiasm. By the time she was able to laugh and smile and grab, she seemed to get a distinct joy out of watching her older brother confusedly attempt to figure out how this baby worked. A poke of the tummy would make her wiggle and squirm with an uncontrolled, inexperienced laugh, while holding that finger some distance away from her would prompt her to reach and whine out of curiosity.
But it was that first time he let her actually hold his finger that sealed everything. He teased her, usually, feeling incredibly powerful at being able to incite such piteous noises from the unwelcome creature, until the day came that he decided to be generous and give her what she wanted.
In one brief moment, everything clicked and suddenly it all made sense.
Her infantile grip was understandably weak, but it was also firm and secure, accompanied by a silly, gummy little grin. His sister… His baby sister. She was unwanted by her real parents and given up with no objection. But here she was wanted, and Vash felt now an overwhelming desire to keep her safe.
