ABOUT	He is said to be able to run faster than a raging bear. He lives vicariously through himself. When it is raining, it is because he is thinking of something sad. His shirts never wrinkle. He is left-handed and right-handed. The police often question him just because they find him interesting. His blood smells like cologne. In museums, he is allowed to touch the art. He can make orange juice, out of apples. He speaks the language of romance... and he's good at it too. He's... the Most Suave Italian You Will Ever Meet.
FRIENDS	Feliciano is a very friendly, sociable kind of guy that would love to strike a conversation with you. He is simply that kind of guy and won't be judgmental about who he talks to (though he'll obviously be just a bit wary if you seem intimidating). His intentions for friendship usually aren't greedy, but you might find him just a tad bit... I dunno, selfish, annoying, weak? He's pretty much all his glamour and won't exactly be the kind of person you'd want to turn to for comfort. He'd actually be a bit confused with trying to react to the problem and would suggest solutions you probably shouldn't try. So he's one of those A-listers you probably want on your contact list because having him on your contact list guarantees fun and entails a certain reputation towards you.
ENEMIES	It isn't in Feliciano's nature to be on the offense. Even the defense, you won't see him be on. You'll see him on the retreat. It's difficult to get under his skin. He's quite the coward. He's a writer, not a fighter. He's an artist, not a martyr-ist. He'd rather run away or try to talk things through, and with his smooth tongue, he usually does. He probably will have some rivals (though it's probably one-sided given that he isn't one to challenge people), and he will probably have some haters out there, coveting his spot in society, but he won't be the one instigating this kind of relationship. Exes probably count as enemies, but he doesn't really hold grudges... if amore wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be... right?
LOVERS	Feliciano Vargas has a reputation for being a flirt and a lover .A good lover, at that. This is the one case where he will do anything for the woman/man he loves... maybe even stop being a coward for a split second. For a very, very split second. You'll know how deep his love for you is by how long he'll stay in a situation of crisis with you. He's pretty passionate too. His relationships end... with probably the person on the other end of the line doing the cutting of the string. Though there have been instances where he's the one doing the breaking up, because really, he is capable of that. He wouldn't mind the casual one-night stand... they don't call him suave simply because of how suave he could be out in public after all. But really, he'll flirt with any lady outright, and he'll be one of the best lovers you'll ever have. After all, women from his previous relationships still admit... he was the best out of their line of lovers.

Mi6 agents normally need cover-up occupations in order to better hide their true identity. What if Kiku had his as a journalist?
(He has a knack for photography, so it'd make him less nervous to ask for someone's picture with that kind of pretext uvu)

The Crown Royale Gazette would be aware of the true situation, but still need to have an interview set up in order to validate his credibility. And, being a task only made as a formality, the company would simply push it onto an employee chosen at random. And that would just so happen to be Feli!
