{Whats with the new activity check system?}A: Every AC starts from the beginning of each month and lasts for three weeks. It closes on the 22nd of every month by 11:59 PST. You only need one post per character, minimum of 300 words.
The last week and couple of days is free time. You can post during this time if you want. It'll count for the next month. It might be reserved for events for holidays of that month. Stay tuned for that.

{Can I be on hiatus and still be on the cbox?}A: Yes absolutely. Once we accept your appeal, you can do whatever you want without fear of posting within your established interval of hiatus. No mods will bother you. You are free and absolutely welcome to be on the cbox. Don't worry about it.
{Why should I send you guys a letter?}A: First of all, we want to know what's going on with our members. Staff moderates this forum and that forum happens to include everyone who is a part of it. We want to know when someone is leaving and what's going on so we don't get our facts wrong. Aside from all being friends, this is structured after a real life situation, like a job. We know we have responsibility; we're taking care of this site. We want to be assured that our members have responsibility to reciprocate.

{Does the letter need to be long?}A: Preferable not. Nothing fancy. Just tell us a reason as to why you're leaving and a start date and an end date. It has to be within the month. Be mindful about the reason; the more you tell us, the more understanding we have. You may omit personal information as you wish. We will not leak any information unless you give us the authorization to.
{Can you give an example of one of these appeals?}A: Sure. It's October 1st 2013 now. The 'October activity check' ends on October 22nd (the last day of the first three weeks).
Example: Hello! I'm afraid I won't be able to make the activity check this month because I'm going to be camping for a week on October 12-18th. Also I have some tests on the 21st too. I'll be gone from October 10th until October 31st. Thanks!

{What if I was dropped and nobody reserved my character yet?}A: In the event you are dropped but you wish to return, you may have your character back. It's not a hard process. Talk to one of us.
{Where do I send this letter?}A: Please send it through the proboards messaging system or through skype. Conveniently, if you hover over the staff box descriptions, there is a link to pm any one of us. It would be better to notify us through an instant messaging service first.
{What if I dont make it by the end date?}A: You have a week grace period after your end date, where we freeze your account, meaning we are going to assume you are dropping.

{What if I dont really know how to estimate the start and end date?}A: Please try your best. Give yourself a reasonable amount of time. Either way, you'd be exempt for an entire month. You have anywhere from the beginning of the month to the end of the month to come back.
{What if I was dropped and someone reserved my character?}A: You must yield to them because they have first priority since you were dropped. This can't be reversed unless they get their application rejected or they don't post an application by the due date.
