A rundown complex that no one would ever want to live in unless they absolutely had to. The water service here doesn't run 24/7, the landlord is an arse... oh dear, how fun it is to live here.

Shady people tend to congregate here for their cigars and the occasional illegal drugs to elevate themselves. There is also rumored to be an underground organ smuggling circle... that's only a rumor.

This place was meant to be a good Chinese restaurant, but due to a tactical error by the owner in choosing the location, Shanghai Hous of Chinese is quite rundown. The "e" in the sign is missing and it just isn't that elegant like The Jade Dragon. However, it is rumored that there is a bit of underground smuggling happening here... best not to ask and enjoy the Chinese food. Go ahead... try the Ching Chong Balls, balls of solidified grease rolled in flour and whatever Chinese flavorings there are... though you might regret it.
