In reality, Anya is actually a fairly social person that just happens to have a few social disabilities. She has a rather unique interpretation of what “friendly interaction” is. So, for a lot of people, she might come off as overly touchy, stalkerish, and perhaps creepy – but this probably isn’t all that wrong. Her intentions are usually good, though. She’s just difficult to deal with if one happens to be anti-social, because she is the complete opposite. She craves company, affection, and attention, and gladly gives large amounts of the things she wants to other people. She has a narrow concept of personal space, and isn’t at all opposed to hugs or anything of the like. She isn't a difficult person to make friends with... but it might be a little difficult putting up with some of her habits, and the personality one discovers thereafter.
[atrb=vAlign,top] ENEMIES	[atrb=vAlign,top] Anya doesn't enjoy making enemies, but somehow manages anyway. She makes rivals out of people she thinks could possibly be better than her. She's always up for a little bit of friendly competition, and though not driven to violence by anyone she meets, Anya feels a very distinct need to overpower and dominate any of her rivals. Though mean-spirited at times, she is not a cheater and will always play fair, so if you happen to get on Anya's bad side (or joins the ranks of rivalry) at least take comfort in the fact that she will not sabotage you in order to win. After all, she needs to feel like her efforts and victories are legitimate. All in all, such things are like a game to her. Even in war, she has a rather unnerving smile on her face, as if she enjoys the prospect of drilling someone down into the dirt in loss...
[atrb=vAlign,top] LOVERS	[atrb=vAlign,top] A lover is... also a slightly difficult question. Her personality doesn't seem to be one that many people would be able to tolerate for more than a night or two. She isn't new to relationships, but they don't seem to last very long because in general, she's a hard person to stick around once you get into her more masked personality qualities. She's a perfectionist and holds people to very high-standards, and is extremely unforgiving of mistakes. She is a leader, not a follower, and is highly independent. She will not tolerate people telling her what to do if they don't have the force to back it up, being a very dominant person herself. In general, she tends to stick with the occasional one-night stand, but is very picky about partners. Enough charm and vodka will gain her interest, but if you want to keep her you better have the personality to prove you can handle her.
[atrb=vAlign,top] OTHERS	[atrb=vAlign,top] And here is everyone else. Coworkers, acquaintances, Nikolai... well, he's family. And as such, she still loves him and cares for him - just not on that level. Anyway, this is everyone that doesn't fit up top, and if you aren't any of those three you generally are not worth Anya's attention. So, please, try your best to get out of this, and I would highly suggest attempting to make friends with her. She's definitely the kind of person you don't want to be on the bad side of. Though not particularly powerful, she's very intelligent and has the potential to be rather cruel and manipulative, and that isn't something we want to see coming out of her generally sweet face.

Actually, I could see Lili and Francis knowing each other too, even if only as acquaintances. She is a florist, so perhaps Frances stops into her shop every now and then to pick up a flower so he can charm some lucky new lover. <3

As for Peter and Raivis I'm drawing a blank, perhaps understandably. Raivis is kind of reclusive and Peter might know Francis by name if Arthur ever mentions him in passing.

As for threading with Carmen, it might be simple to just meet in her cafe and strike up a conversation, which theoretically could work with Lili, Herc, or Anya as well.

It might be interesting to have a second "mother" in Lili's life having recently lost the first one. An older female she can go to for advice would be welcome when the only other person she can talk to is her brother (and talking about girly things to your brother doesn't end well). I could easily see Lili and Carman having a nice little friendship-thing going on. <3

Herc vs Carmen BATTLE OF THE PASSIONS. That's all I have to say on that. >u> And Anya is always looking to make friends in the same way Lili does, but meets much less success. Carmen being as dedicated as she is will totally melt her heart and make Anya a very happy person.

It's kind of hard for me to fit Anya into a niche anywhere I think? I mean, she doesn't do anything UTTERLY INSANE like Iain does except she works with dangerous chemicals that can blow her face off -- probably trying to develop useful materials for agents in the same way everyone else does. I can also see her being useful for chemical analysis later on, because I mentioned she was fairly adept with explosives. I think a lot of what Anya can do is in collaboration with another researcher, or at least the best results come from that maybe?

don't make me use my imagination this is way too new a muse to know what's going on arrghghg.

But yeah, with her talents, it would feel like she would work on collaboration with another researcher. But hey, if Iain is planning on making some bombs (or a cannon to shot bombs) he would definitely go to Anya on her input on it. She sort of sticks out though, I mean what/who we have in the lab now (or out of it for Soo) are inventors and tinkers. She'll make a good addition to the team to help browsing their inventive horizon. Yet, I see that Iain and Anya relationship is so... Work-orientated.

I think it's good that at least one person isn't entirely oriented around electronics. This may be a lab for the agents, but they do kind of need someone that can do other things. =u= Maybe she can help them track a target by discovering the most subtle of residues to point them in the right direction. eue <3 And yeah, I don't mind a strictly work-based relationship. Anya will enjoy at least being needed every now and then.

And haha sorry about attacking you with a paragraph. I'm still trying to work out the bugs in her character and I don't want to make her seem too good at anything idk? but I guess if she's good enough to be employed in the lab she /must/ have some talents they need. I'm just afraid of making her too awesome jghdfj
