► FRIENDS Ah, friends. Such a nostalgic term. She had friends, yes; few, true - but she has them. But even friends can't always be trusted. Sometimes when one comes to a crossroad, where one is one's loyalty, and the other, the barrel of a loaded gun, you would surprised how quick - how amusingly swift - a person's priorities could change. Everyone wants to live, even at the expense of others. To be considered Estelle's friend is a truly Herculean task, but even then there will be secrets between you. She wouldn't tell you everything, and likewise, you feel safer if she doesn't know everything about you.

► ENEMIES Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. It's an old saying, but many miss the wisdom that this simple sentence contains.
You keep those who wish for your death close, that they have the opportunities to uncover your weaknesses, but likewise presenting you with a similar chance to discover theirs. Sometimes the lines are so blurred that it's hard to differentiate friends from foe. To Estelle, as long as you are a nuisance and a seizable obstacle to her goals, you are as good as considered dead in her eyes. But likewise, friends can be made out of enemies who has re-pledged their loyalty to her and still retain the secrets of their past masters.
