Well, we already sort of plotted for Ciel and Charlotte, yes? So that's fine, they're out of the way.
Francis, Carmen, and Victoria in particular would be interesting to see for me -- Francis and Charlotte because France and Belgium hahaha but Francis does still have quite a bit of money, ehehe. Carmen for obvious Spain and Belgium interaction yessssssss, and Victoria because she would perhaps use her investigator service at one point or another, but the fact that Charlotte is a lawless... That would be interesting to see if she could discover the truth.

Mkay let's see for Francis first, shall we? Does Francis frolic in socialite environments? If so, it would be a piece of cake (or c'est du gâteau as the French say) to meet up. Perhaps strike up a conversation, and perhaps get Francis to help sponsor her in her quest to rebuild her empire— that is, if he doesn't believe in the slander of her name, of course. Does Francis happen to like underdogs?

Hmm, I don't have anything in particular in mind for Toni. I'm thinking that maybe Antonio could provide info for Charlotte at some point. He's not particularly choosy about which side gets info, so that could be a way they could meet up.
Or alternatively we could just have them meet up randomly. Either way works for me!
