[cs=3] Personality | ||
[cs=3] Tough: Don't let her appearance fool you, she carries herself elegantly when in formal settings, but in the field she is tough as nails. Elizaveta can take care of herself, both in and out of the field. Not to mention that she packs quite the punch, and does her exercise to keep it that way. Skilled: She is a skilled lady, as would be expected in her field. Fluent in several languages, including asskicking, she is quite the lady to be reckoned with all around. She isn't bad with a frying pan in hand either, and is quite the proficient cook when she has time off work to prepare herself a meal. (Most of the time her work means taking a quick bite in the canteen however.) Stubborn: Liz stands her ground. Once her sights are set it's not an easy job to change her mind. She may be a tad too stubborn in defending her opinion and not too eager in admitting when it may be wrong. Especially towards people she aims to impress. Romantic: Elizaveta is a romantic at heart. She's had her own crushes, and she is not new to the dating scene, even if none of her relations bloomed to something more permanent. It isn't just her own relations however, she loves seeing people in love. Young couples at the park, on dates, general love in the air is a surefire way to brighten up her mood. (For that matter, she does not mind playing match-maker between friends either.) Don't tell anyone, but she is quite fond of cheap and cheesy romance novellas. Sociable: Elizaveta is an outgoing lady. She doesn't have trouble making friends or getting along through generic chit chat. She's quite capable of handling herself at social events, be they business meetings or dealing with the press. Dominant: She likes to take charge and lead the operation. She is prideful and confident in her own decision making. It's no surprise she works at her best now she can make her in field decisions herself. Reliable: Liz grew up as the older sibling of a two child family, and it shows even in her present day relationships. She acts like an older sister figure to many of her friends, or even employees. She's protective and dependable, always there to lend a helping hand or attentive ear. She keeps her promises, and even if she can't do everything, she will try her hardest. Hard Worker: She worked her way up from the bottom of the rungs and did so through a combination of her own determination and sheer persistence of will. Both individually or when required to work in a team, she is usually quite capable of getting along with others to get the job done. Of course, there are always exceptions, particularly when with some more frustrating individuals. Bossy: Her position involves leadership, and it can't be said that she isn't a competent officer. That is, if people listen to her. She is quite capable of taking orders or listening to input to some degree, but when it comes to minor nagging of the lower ranks she can take a bossier turn. She isn't very fond of her judgment being questioned. Tomboy: Elizaveta is a tomboy at heart. Boisterous, energetic and a little bit rowdy in a fight, especially when she's comfortable with friends. She's just as much in her element in a fistfight as anywhere else. That is not to say she doesn't have a feminine side, she enjoys accessorizing and dressing up nicely, but frankly it's not the first thing on her mind. | ||
Likes | Hates | Fears |
A good fight: Liz loves a good fight to get the juices flowing and the adrenaline pumped up. Heck, if she didn't enjoy a bit of chaos now and then why chose this line of work? Barfights are frowned upon in her current position, but with her line of work she doesn't have to rule them out. Of course, there's always sparring and training between fellow agents. Or one trouble making undercover agent. Love: Perhaps one of her girliest aspects. She loves the whole idea and concept of love and romance. Sweet love, young love, forbidden love. She enjoys reading the cheap novels, or watching cheesy movies, when she actually has the time (but you won't hear that from her). The sight of a young couple in love is truly a wonderful thing, and she's not afraid to play matchmaker. Even if she hasn't found a love herself, a girl can dream can't she? Going out to drink: A nice night at the pub with a good beer in hand might just be the best way to unwind. Add a few friends and Liz will be all happy. Me time: Working for the SIS and in turn the Mi6 is a busy full time job. So when she finally gets some alone time she cherishes it. Lazy night on the couch, pampering herself a little, the full works. If she can, she even enjoys cooking herself some dinner and inviting friends over. Taking care of others: She enjoys acting the big sister, and the feeling of being needed for help or guidance. Movies: Elizaveta enjoys sitting down with a good movie when she has the time. Action movies are her favourite, though she does not mind a cheesy chick flick from time to time either. Flowers: She is fond of flowers, especially tulips and geraniums. The smell reminds her a lot of the times when she'd play outside as a kid in the fields near her house. She likes adorning her hair or uniform with them when the occassion allows. | Bullies: She may like to get into a scrap or two herself, but she holds no fondness for those picking on others weaker than themselves. Liz stood up against people picking on her younger sibling in school, and she would do it again, even so many years later, when she sees it happen to others. Other Departments: This may be a bit broad, and frankly it's only limited to the ones that interfere with her _own line of work. When you're trying to collect intelligence and fight threats to the country it does not help that other people have opposing plans or ideas. Or missions that completely contradict or cross with yours. Or worst, try to take over the job and refuse to co-operate the way you want them too. She has not had the best of luck with the CI for that matter. Her own stubbornness: Sometimes she's aware other people are right or that she did the wrong. But depending on the person or situation it doesn't mean she enjoys admitting to it. Fessing up to her own mistakes is not something she enjoys doing, after all she has her own pride and she does not like to admit defeat. For that matter, she does not enjoy when her own subordinates start slipping up and she has to apologize for their mistakes. Boredom: She may like her private time, but she is not fond of boredom. Liz is an extrovert at heart, and sitting still with nothing to do for too long gets tedious. Helplessness: Liz likes to help and take action. Being called back or told to stand her ground when she wants to run in and do her thing is not something she enjoys. | Injury: She's not worried about pulling a few broken bones or a few cracked ribs. What she does fear is an injury that might put her out of commission completely. Something that can't be recovered from so easily, or that would simply stop her from doing her job like she's used to. Death of loved ones: She cares deeply for her friends and family. Death may be a natural thing, but she does fear them departing early. It's not a completely irrational fear, considering her line of work, where close ones can always be a target of blackmail or revenge. Failing her job: Failing her job would often times have quite disastrous consequences. Lives being lost, directly or indirectly. Illegal goods endangering people. And then there's the potential matter of arresting an innocent man, and all that comes from that. |

[cs=3] History |
[cs=3] Elizabeth was always a rowdy little girl. She was born of two diplomats that fell in love in England, while stationed in London. Elizaveta grew up in England for most of her youth, with trips to her Mother's home country, Hungary, during the long summer or winter breaks. As a result she was bi-lingual from a young age, speaking English at school and a mix of English and Hungarian with family. She was quite a wild little thing, much preferring to traverse through mud and play games with sticks and stones than at home playing house. In fact, it was not uncommon for her to return a tad scratched, muddied, a little blooded, perhaps missing a tooth, but with a big smile on her face. It wasn't unusual for her to get mistaken for a guy back in those days, she herself would even slip up and address herself as a boy from time to time. It was during that time that she developed a strong sense of justice and the need to protect as well. Perhaps she was just a girl amongst guys, but she was one that could whup their asses with the best of them if it came to it. And while she enjoyed all the playfights, she did not enjoy kids getting pulled into it that could not defend themselves. So she did not only grow protective of her younger sibling, but also when she saw other kids being bullied. In such cases she would not fear standing up and interfering herself, even if it came to pulling punches. Or causing a few broken noses. Naturally it wasn't exactly proper for a diplomat's daughter to act as such, but she never really grew out of the feisty attitude, and one could hardly say she wasn't sociable, despite her wild behaviour. She did however start channeling her fighting spirit into more acceptable outlets, like martial arts, which she started taking up in her extracurricular time from a very early age. Throughout school she was a fairly average student, only truly excelling in PE when it came to grades. High school curriculum demanded extra languages within the subjects too, which is where she gained a less violent interest for the first time. Already bi-lingual, she found herself motivated to learn more, and took up Russian and German for her additional subjects, which she continued to study even after her graduation from high school. From her history and hobbies, perhaps it's not all too surprising that she ended up working as a Case Officer for the SIS. Determined, in good shape, able to communicate in different languages, she fits the list of criteria. She worked her way up the rungs, working in the field and overseas as much as she did out of it. In her current position she's in charge of a few field employees to oversee and direct, and to function as a reporting beacon for a couple for deep-cover agents. This is not to say she doesn't go out in the field herself anymore, after all the Mi6 needs all the hands it can get. And paperwork can be left to the administrative workers after all. *Her mother was Hungarian and her father British. So she was born with a double nationality. (But that didn't fit in the little box up there.) |
