[cs=3] No-nonsense. Everything can happen in his line of work, so he takes everything seriously. He will not doing business with someone suspicious or stranger or weak-willed. He also avoid personal interaction and useless chit-chat, it’s a waste of time, and money. Calm like a mountain. This particular attitude is needed so other people –enemy of foe – would not know his true thought. Never let your emotion lead you… well, maybe once or twice. It also helped when facing impatient client, trolling them are fun. Neat Freak. His bookshelf always arranged alphabetically, he cleaned his house daily, and all of his written information is in formal report style, complete with source, footnote, and bibliography upon request. Cunning mind. You cannot become major player in certain field without a bit of mind. It’s the basic survival skill to keep your place and keep the favor on your hands. Have one or two tricks up your sleeve helps a lot. Your secrets are safe with him, as long as you didn't betray his trust to you. If you do, don’t be surprised if your partner suddenly accusing your for cheating plus evidence, or your organization finally get rid of you in gruesome way after find out you've been secretly interacting with rival organization. Thrifty as Scrooge. Being raised from a poor family, Wilhelm is accustomed to second-hand items and rationing. Even when he already has a steady (and good) income, old habits still die hard. He will find a way to make use of old items or junks of his liking, or only shop when there’s a big sale/discount, or anything that conserve money. Don’t touch his personal space. He didn't want people to mingle with his life; he already has many problems at that, so he keeps his job away from his personal life. All talk with a client is for business and business only. Other than that, better keep the mouth shut. Short-tempered. Wilhelm can’t stand with conflict it for so long because he is prone to snap. It happens many times in his delinquent age and even though it has toned down when reaching adulthood, he prefers to avoid debates and confrontation. God help anybody that dares to question him, or argue with him about money, especially money, yeah. Borderline Paranoid He maybe help you, but he's not on your side. Wilhelm doesn't care whose side asking, as long as he got the payment. Helping on one side didn't mean that he favors it most; tomorrow he could ‘betray’ then when other party also paid for it. It’s all business, no favoritism. After all he’s not the one that strikes the last blow, just helping it a bit. No hard feeling. | ||

Money. It makes the world go around after all. You can’t do anything without money, that’s the ugly fact. He loves money very much he will do practically anything to gain more. Cigarette and drugs. Both made him relax, and it’s not like he can fight the addiction. He keeps it in check though, only smoke normal tobacco and change to cannabis every so often. As for drugs, well let's not talk about it. Football. Born in a country with a rich football history (despite never winning the World Cup), he knows and like football since he was a boy. Wilhelm casually played it in his youth and known as a decent striker. Now he only watches any match he can manage and sometimes get good money from the betting pool. His favorite club is Feyenoord Rotterdam. Rabbit When he was young his only entertainment beside football is the children’s picture book of Nijntje the rabbit. Now he has some collection of the book (some of them are a collector or limited edition, something he’s willing to spend the money for) and also some err… plushies. He wants to adopt a real rabbit but didn't have time for that. | Violence. He already got his share of violence in his youth that almost cost his life, so no thank you. Hi-tech stuff. Don’t be wrong, he can use the latest gadget just fine (also got some hacking skill) but he found that unnecessary. Why would you need a £500 smartphone with many useless features when you can do just fine with normal cell phone that has a camera and an internet connection? Not to mention those are cheaper. Loud, fussy person. They’re annoying, they’re disturbing, and they’re the worst client ever. It took a lot of willpower not shove their mouth with their own hair and kicks them multiple times with combat boots. Non-profit task. Even when the one asking is the most valuable client, or friends, no task or request will be done without some sort of payment. No-reward task is the worst of all since you’re risking a lot but gain next to nothing in return. Mistaken as older person. He is only 29, not even 30 yet. Why's everybody think he's older because of his appearance? | Fall back to addiction. Sure, he loves his cigars and drugs, but his past experience with addiction and withdrawal syndrome scared him. Right now he will measure his daily and monthly consumption to avoid it. Meeting his remaining family. Because he didn’t want his family found out what he did for a living and how dangerous it was. And certainly, after so many years without proper communication, he didn’t know how his family is now. Losing money. Probably a businessman biggest fear. He loves it very much that he’s afraid of losing it in any way, so he protected it carefully. |

[cs=3] History |
[cs=3] For Wilhelm, life has been hard since the moment he was born. Wilhelm was born from a poor family in Rotterdam, the oldest of three siblings. His father working odd jobs at the port, while his mother is a normal housewife. As the oldest child, Wilhelm held the responsibility to take care of his siblings and help his family financial issue. He runs errands for neighbor and some of his father’s friends, including delivering messages or packages to odd places. When he was big enough, Wilhelm realized that he had been helping in his father’s smuggling activity by doing that various errands. His mother asked for divorce when she found out his father’s illegal activity. Wilhelm wants to follow his mother, but seeing that his mother didn’t capable to support a lot of kids, Wilhelm chose to prioritize his siblings and reluctantly follow his father. His father continued his activity and forced Wilhelm to help him. Wilhelm didn’t have any choice but to obey. While doing his job, Wilhelm learns a lot of things including deception, blackmail, treachery, and street fighting. His father will do anything to gain more profit which made him and Wilhelm’s work more complicated, not to mention dangerous. All the stress and bad environmental influence made him succumbed to drugs. His drug-high state made him vulnerable and one day some thugs beat him so bad he was hospitalized for weeks. He got many scars from that, but the most noticeable is in his right temple, the reminder of his near-death experience. His father then deemed the country is not safe anymore for them and decided to move hastily to the United Kingdom. They live in the London slum area, tried to start their life anew. Wilhelm succeeds to overcome his addiction, but cannot stop the smoking habit. After some time his father realized he cannot escape from the clutch of the dark world and still involved in various crime organizations as a smuggler or an informant. Now, Wilhelm didn't see the activity as anything bad anymore since it supports their lives, and learn a lot from his father to ‘inherit’ his work, thus formed an odd bonding after many years of cold relationship. One Christmas eve, his father didn't come home after attending a meeting with a client from an unknown gang. Wilhelm then knows that his father has been ‘compromised’ in some way. Following his father’s instruction if something like this happens to one of them, he took the important things, all of the archives and data they have collected, burned his house faking it as an accident, and vanish from the area. He then moved to more crowded part of London, where he opens a humble bookstore downtown with the money they saved to conceal himself. He still continues his father’s work and always keeps up-to-date information about the underground world that he will give to anyone with a certain fee. He knew certain people targeted him for some data or evidence he has so he remains anonymous when doing business, except with a close acquaintance of friends. He also is searching high and low for his father’s murderer for a chance of revenge. |
