| [cs=3] Aurora hasn't, and will not, choose a side. She genuinely wants what is best for everyone and will take any patient of any ailment. She does not ask money for civilians, the government healthcare covers it, but for everyone else she would only ask the cost of her supplies and time. In this, she can be gullible and naiive; believing plausible stories and false words that ring true to her sympathetic ear and empathetic heart. Though she is involved with just about everyone, she believes herself a minor player in a big game; she considers herself invisible. Sometimes this is good, she is small and can hide easily. Sometimes it's not so good and weighs heavily on her self-esteem believing she bares no influence on others and sees herself as a push over when just the opposite is true. With a peaceful nature, one would easily believe Aurora would avoid conflict. Her placid demeanor can lead others to believe that she is weak and vulnerable and that is far from true. Though she detests conflict, she will not turn from it. She has worked too hard to get to where she is and WILL fight to protect it if she has to. | ||

+coffee: socially acceptable addiction; she drinks it through out the day to keep her energized. Double double + 1 extra sugar. +sweets/candies: mostly hard bonbons to suck on or gum to chew on, otherwise her nervous habit is to bite her lips. +reading: an avid reader of romance and fantasy, but of course she keeps up with medical journals and dissertations. +animals&cute things: because how can you not like them? The fact that there are animals out there who are being hunted and going extinct IS JUST REALLY SAD OKAY. +her stuffed bear: she is extremely attached to it. You don't understand. She believes problems should be solves with words or your own hands. Weapons are a cowards way out. xhunting: JUST NO OKAY. | ~her family finding her: she is a runaway from an abusive family. ~being pressured into choosing a side: Aurora willingly helps anyone who walks through her doors and is very aware of the criminals, the lawless, the spies, the civilians- all of them. She doesn't want to choose a side, she is independent and on her own side. ~not being able to breathe/suffocation: Also in league with small spaces, the two go together. Any time she feels trapped and can't breathe, she breaks down easily. |

| [cs=3] Aurora is adopted and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario in Canada. She was born to Richard and Claire Gervias by a woman from the southern United States, Molly Jones. The couple housed the woman for her term of pregnancy until Molly had the child. Claire treated Aurora well enough- until she bore a child of her own. Then she grew cold towards the girl and, like Harry Potter or Cinderella, Aurora was abused into working for her family. She grew up quiet, self-conscious, with no self-confidence. Her father Richard was a doctor and she apprenticed with him as often as she could to get out of the house. She learned quickly and became proficient with medicine at a young age. She tailored her studies towards the field and studied away from home, her father helping her to pay for it behind her mothers back. When she graduated at 21, her father sent her to England with a little money to get by but not much. She rented an apartment and started treating people under the table for money. Crooks, thieves, and people who didn't want to admit what had happened to the hospital became her clientele base. However, within the year, she managed to save up enough between 4 jobs to get herself a small shop in the poorer part of London. She set up her business and lived there as well, two birds with one stone. Aurora will treat anyone off the street for a low price. Not everything she does is totally 'legal' but she does it because she believes it will help. She will perform surgery, remove bullets, grow and prescribe marijuana, and offers counselling/therapy- all without a license. **To this day, she does not know she has a sister living |
