Andrei has only ever been to World's End on a few occasions, each of them for basically the same reason. He did enjoy giving a friend of his surprise visits. It wasn't too hard to break into Mihai's house, he's had a lot of practice to say the least. By now he would have assumed the other got a new security system or something; Perhaps it was a good thing for him the Romanian didn't, since it meant the quicker it would be to get inside. The neighborhood was full of government workers, after all.

He quickly slid through the door, in case there might have been someone around to see him. The last thing he wanted was for the police to get called over. He hummed softly to himself, making his way to the living room. He had no business upstairs, why waste his time going up there? Well, he could always rummage through the other's things, but that would be a waste of time...at the current moment. He could always do that at a later date, no need to rush up the stairs to do so now.

He walked around the room, stopping to get a closer look at a few thing. "Huh, still nice as always..." he commented. He wondered why Mihai liked being alone in such a large house, surely it does get a bit tiring at times. Andrei wasn't complaining, sometimes he wished his apartment had more room. Perhaps whenever he got a bit more cash he could move into a new place. Then again, he could always just move in with Nico... He shook his head slightly. He was perfectly fine on his own, he was getting by well enough.

He leaned slightly against the back of the couch, his eyes still examining the room. He probably should stop by more often, especially since the Romanian usually has some pretty good food in his fridge. Speaking of fridge... The Moldovan made his way to the kitchen. Might as well get a small treat while he was there, surely Mihai wouldn't mind too much if he did.

The first thing he noticed upon his return was that his security system had been disabled. It was a most unfortunate sight to come back to in light of the day's events; his work had been finished early—one of the rare occasions—and traffic had been remarkably good, with an unusual lack of road rage and unfortunate collisions with pedestrians. He'd also secured the phone number of a cute doctor with whom he'd had the fortune to run into a couple days ago, and he had been considering himself lucky in the moment that he was stepping into his driveway. Well, almost, considering the sudden turn of events.

Everything had been going deliciously well until he opened the front door and saw a red, blinking light from his security panel. Disabled. Mihai sighed, surmising that someone had decided to pay him a little visit. Perhaps he should be more concerned about coming home to a situation like this, but unfortunately it was a process that had occurred more than once already—as a matter of fact, more than he could count on both hands. The first time had been alarming (and admittedly he'd been a trigger-pull away from putting a bullet into Nicoleta), but by now it had become something of a regularity. Finding his security disabled was now much less of a shock than it had been previously—if anything, he'd started thinking of it as a fad amongst his less upright acquaintances.

He pulled out his gun anyway. He wasn't much concerned about these situations anymore, but he would deliver swift and brutal retribution to any stranger who decided to trespass. As it were, that method of deterrence didn't seem to work quite well with his other visitors (who should really just consider ringing the doorbell), and as a matter of fact, neither did changing the codes to the alarm system. He stopped doing that eventually, as an alert to the police from the introduction of one too many wrong codes would cause more trouble than it was worth to dissuade a couple certain people from breaking in.

He shut the front door quietly behind him, then trod silently down the main hallway, seeking his mysterious intruder. The living room was revealed to be empty, but the same couldn't be said for the kitchen. Even before he had a clear view of the room, he could hear the dim hum of an open refrigerator door which only confirmed his original suspicions. He knew of no burglar who would pause in the middle of burglaring for a snack from their victim's fridge, except, perhaps, for a remarkably stupid one.

As it were, the figure rummaging through his fridge wasn't someone who Mihai would consider a stupid thief. Oh, a little bit naïve in his own ways perhaps, but he was a quick learner and quite adept at his much-less-than-honest trade. That said, Mihai couldn't resist the tempting invitation of his distracted little intruder, who was so at ease that he found the opportunity to scavenge for food after breaking into the politician's house, in spite of the danger that could be posed to both of them if the police were somehow alerted due to his pastime. (But neither of the two most inclined to breaking-and-entering heeded even the most sensible warnings, ever. In fact they probably viewed 'High Voltage, Do Not Enter' signs as a challenge that should be taken in utmost seriousness.)

A little come-uppance for this impudence could only be well-deserved. Mihai reholstered his gun then approached the oblivious figure, still silent on his feet, stopping a centimeter short of brushing against the other's back. He finally alerted the visitor to his presence with a quick flutter of fingers along the other's sides. "Hello, Andrei," he greeted, his lips close behind younger man's ear. "It's rather rude to drop in without so much as a phone call, don't you think?"

He stepped back again with a grin on his lips, looking, as many liked to call it, 'much more unperturbed than would be appropriate in this situation.' In other words, a reprimand against him for being much too delighted with scaring the shit out of other people. But that was their opinion, while his worked a lot more like this: there's nothing quite as satisfying in life as inducing a little panic-fueled excitement.
