Soo is more of an independent researcher with loose ties to the MI6, mainly in terms of fiddling with their weapons and as a person of interest because he's a prominent nuclear scientist. I definitely don't see why not for them working together somehow though--that is if she can put up with him ff =v=;

Mm--just a little, I'm sure. uvu It's very under wraps right now, but Kim is welcome to investigate him if she has any suspicions~ His agency is subordinate to the Home Office though, so while he probably wouldn't report to the Ministry of Justice directly there might be some sway. Mi doesn't work too closely with the MI6, at least not enough to know their field agents. As for the bombings that affected her though, he maay have a little bit of info on that uvu (if you haven't already planned something out in those regards, of course).

Hmm, not completely sure. They both work for the government so we could definitely work something off of that, since Kim seems to be almost at the top of the Justice Department and Kiku's decently high up for Foreign Affairs. It's also possible that they may have met (at one point or another) while Kim-Ly was at the MI6 (Kiku was working as an agent for a few years) though I'm not completely sure their timelines match up.

Not sure what we could do exactly, but just tossing out points they might have met at.

I imagine that they've been vaguely introduced at some point. Anything more than that is hard to imagine though I'm sure Kyle's heard rumors. They could have a chance meeting on the street, or perhaps someone deposited a Burmese python on Kyle's desk and he needs some advice on how to care for it. What do you think?

Give her any reason to be suspicious and I'm sure she'd be on it asap. And no, I know what she was making, but as to who, how, and why the bobs (Imma just going to leave this spelling mistake here, I keep picturing this) were detonated is completely up in the air. So you wanted Mihai to have anything to do with it, that's perfectly fine by me (and it would totally add a new dynamic between the two, which is super interesting).


Leia: Hm, well, Kim-Ly would have left research about 8 years before the main storyline when she was 22. What about Kiku? But, you're right, I'm sure the two would probably have contact and they'd probably notice each other because of their similar pasts.
If you wanted to do a post-Maximatics thread, I'm sure Kim-Ly would be dying to hear Kiku's side of the story as to what happen. I can also see the possibility of the two just getting together for the purpose of networking if they've got similar political goals I know this because I'm an International Studies Major and I'm awful at networking. Alternatively, they could just randomly bump into each other at an odd or potentially awkward location, which is always fun.

Ooh, post-Maximantics definitely sounds interesting. That would definitely be a legitimate excuse for them to meet up. Since they've most likely run into each other before, it wouldn't be unlikely that Kim-Ly would've asked to hear his account. I think that's probably the best reason we can come up with right now.

Sounds like it might be fun though, to have both of them talk over ideas? Kim may not build anymore but Soo would be interested in her thoughts. ovo

But yes--as an organization that is very anti-gov and very anti-MI6 they would probably have a pretty good reason to target her (especially if she was on a project for the MI6). Since Mi himself is pretty much undercover, he probably didn't have too direct a hand in it, but he could, for example, have a good idea of who was. uvu
