Ahem, would you like to plot? I would be interested in interaction between Charlotte and Antonio, as I like the usual character dynamics of Belgium and Spain, though I'd like to see how this AU colours this. After all... we aren't as lawful as we say we are (though you, my friend, are perhaps a bit more lawful than Charlotte is, even with the lack of allegiance).

Jen: Yes, definitely! <333 Antonio would love to meet Silvia...whether or not she'd like to meet him is a different question. XD I suppose the most logical reason for them to meet would be information? He'd be happy to provide that. Otherwise, Silvia could also drop by the restaurant Antonio works at.
Asu: Pff, yes, we never did. |D Of course! I'd love to see Charlotte and Antonio get together. I do think Tonio's a bit more lawful than Charlotte is, but he prefers to think of himself as neutral. Not sure how they'd meet though...information again? Always seems to be the easiest route. Antonio won't take pleasure in his job, but it is Charlotte after all...

She can definitely buy information off of Antonio, certainly. She'll go to her favorite Spanish restaurant and go have a bite and buy the info. She does buy info (mostly rumors) to figure out where would be a good mark to go steal.

uhh is the restaurant he works at the same one one as Carmen--
either way she'd probably gather information. Maybe she's there for a quick visit but antonio is persistently chatting her up

No, it's a separate Spanish restaurant from Carmen's. And yes. Antonio would be very persistent in talking to her. XD Possibly to the point where he's getting in trouble with his boss.
