The girl behind the counter can’t help but laugh as her customer speaks to her while she tends to the plants in the windowsill. Her dress is patterned with a winding floral design, flowers blooming down the skirt and up the blouse in all colors of the rainbow. Her hair is golden, long, braided down her back and tied with blue ribbons, while a decorative lily flower hangs off the right side of her hair, pinned tightly to one of her locks. Her eyes glance back to respond, each of them as green as the leaves of the plants she cares for. The tag on her dirt-stained apron reads a simple name: Lili. Friends and Family Lili is very devoted to her family and her friends. This is cannot be stated enough. Lili will go out of her way to protect the people she loves as best as she can, regardless of whether or not they can take care of themselves. In some ways this is funny, because Lili has often been the one needing protection from the outside world; she is really in no position to play the knight in shining armor. That won’t stop her from trying, though! She hates violence, and people that attack and pick on others. She’ll step in to stop it if she sees it, even if it isn’t really her business to be doing so, resolving the conflict (if possible) with words and as little pain as possible. Perhaps she should stop doing this before she gets herself into trouble. [atrb=cellpadding,0,true][atrb=style,width: 450px;] Vash Zwingli Lili recalls that as a child, she adored and loved her brother so much she was often seen following him around and emulating him in every way she possibly could. Up until he left home, she was basically a very dedicated clone. After that, however, they grew into their differences, but Vash is still just as precious to her now as he had ever been before. She loves him more than any other living being, and there are few things that could make her happier than seeing him smile or hearing him laugh, because both of those things rarely ever happen. He is her only living relative, and thus she is quite protective of him. She doesn't jump to action as quickly as he does, but her paranoia and concern for his safety is about on par with his own for hers. ... it's probably a good idea to make sure she never knows about M16. [atrb=cellpadding,0,true][atrb=style,width: 450px;] Donald Finn O'Neill-Kirkland He danced into her store one day on a whim, and struck up a conversation she'd never forget. Making friends out of random customers wasn't new to her, but there was something incredible about Donald she couldn't and still quite can't put her finger on. Charming, witty, and unbelievably kind, this is one relationship Lili is looking forward to keeping long into the future. Him volunteering in her store makes thing all that much better - she never gets tired of seeing that lovely grin or listening to him speak with such excited and animated countenance. Rivalries and Enemies It is not in Lili’s nature to be hateful or violent. She forgive easily and does not hold grudges - or if she does, she doesn’t hold them for very long. The extent of her willingness to hurt someone is entirely related to self-defense. She tries very hard to not make enemies, but she doesn’t pester people into being her friends. She’s intelligent enough to back off when someone is clearly annoyed with her. To her, it’s better to quit while she's ahead, before she does something stupid. Lili is also not inherently competitive. She understands that for every person that exists there is always someone better, and she won’t go out of her way to prove her worth to someone that can’t see her value for what it is. The Lovers Lili loves fairy tales, and like most girls that love fairy tales she one day dreams of finding that one man that'll sweep her off her feet. Vash, however, has other ideas, and that's part of what poses a challenge for potential love interests. It doesn't matter who you are, what your job is, or where you are from: you do not touch his sister. Lili's more open than he is, but she's extremely inexperienced thanks to brother dearest. She'll be awkward, maybe a little shy. She's not good at this romance stuff in a real relationship. All she knows is idealized and wrong. Give her time and be patient, maybe watch her learn a little. If you stick around her long enough and remain dedicated, all of that devotion she gives to her family she'll also give to you. Other This is basically everyone she's only just met. There's not a lot to say here, but if you keep talking to her you'll eventually move up! |
